Sauce with an intense flavor typical of the Bianchetto truffle made softer by that of dairy products.

We recommend diluting the product with butter, broth, pasta cooking water, cream or béchamel. Recommended as a sauce for pasta, scallops, hot croutons and for filling meat and fish.

Ingredients: Pasteurized fresh cream, pasteurized fresh milk, butter, cheese (milk, salt, rennet) Bianchetto truffle (Tuber albidum Pico) 5%, fresh eggs, wheat flour, flavourings, salt. Allergens: Cream, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, wheat flour. Naturally low in sugar. Preservative free.
